Restored to Purpose

Through discipleship and community, we guide people to discover who they were created to be.

Released to Impact

We equip believers to live out their faith and influence the world around them with Kingdom values.

Why Plant A New Church?

New Churches Reach New People.

Studies show that new churches are one of the most effective ways to reach unchurched people. In fact, churches under three years old see up to 10x more first-time commitments to Christ compared to older congregations. With 18% of Montgomery County residents unchurched, and Rockville’s population growing by 3.1% annually, the need for a fresh, Spirit-led church is urgent and clear.

The Vine Church is rising to meet this moment, Bringing gospel hope to a region longing for purpose, healing, and spiritual community.

Gospel Renewal Needed

A Region in Need of More Gospel - Centered Churches

Montgomery County is experiencing a shortage of life-giving churches that preach the unfiltered gospel. Many residents are spiritually disconnected, and churches have plateaued or declined due to a lack of intentional discipleship.
A Diverse & Growing Population

67,000+ People. 18% Unchurched. 3.1% Annual Growth.

Rockville is a vibrant, multicultural city experiencing rapid population growth—but spiritual need is outpacing gospel presence. There is a unique opportunity to reflect the community’s diversity through multiethnic leadership and authentic outreach.
Real-Life Challenges in the Community

Mental Health, Family Strain & Poverty Are Rising

Montgomery County has seen a 63% increase in suicide mortality, 23% of households are led by single parents, and 7.1% of residents live below the poverty line. The gospel brings healing and hope—and the Church must respond.
